Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif atténuateur réglable par bonds comprenant un circuit composé de plusieurs cellules généralement à résistances, réalisé sous forme de circuit intégré implanté sur un circuit imprimé. Le circuit comprend un substrat de silicium sur lequel sont déposées en couche mince les résistances et les pistes de raccordement entre les résistances et aux plots disposés à la périphérie du substrat. Toutefois, les cellules ne sont pas reliees entre elles par ces pistes. Une découpe effectuée dans un film conducteur est reportée sur les plots. Par sa forme, elle assure les interconnexions entre les cellules et elle forme deux rangées de sorties, l'une pour les liaisons avec le circuit imprimé, l'autre étant associée à des moyens de liaison électrique déplaçables permettant le réglage de l'affaiblissement. L'invention s'applique notamment au matériel téléphonique.
