Abstract
Un câble 16 de fils conducteurs fins lâchement tressés est raccourci en direction axiale en étant comprimé entre deux paires 36, 38 de galets tournant à des vitesses différentes. Les fils sont étalés transversalement à l'axe du faisceau et aplatis pour former un câble du type en ruban qui est posé sur un tube extrudé non vulcanisé 14, dans le sens de l'axe du tube, puis recouvert d'un guipage textile et enfin d'un revêtement extrudé en matière élastomère. La structure résultante est vulcanisée à la vapeur à la pression atmosphérique et donne un tuyau dans lequel le conducteur noyé n'est pas visible. Application aux tuyaux pour produits inflammables.
