Abstract

The mixing regulator valve has a housing which is fitted with a central spindle. The spindle extends upwards and is connected by a pin to the hand control lever(23) by which the flow is regulated. The regulator has hot and cold water inlet connections at the bottom. The valve seats are mounted onto the spindle which is sealed off by flexible membranes mounted to the spindle and to the housing bore. The operating lever is pivoted from a pin in the side of the housing which is fitted with a cover. The valve insert is removable from the casing.
