Cet ensemble résidentiel comprend des habitations dont le gros oeuvre est formé principalement par de la terre rapportée qui constitue une colline artificielle 38 au-dessus du niveau du sol naturel 5. Le mur arrière de chaque habitation est en terre armée et supporté conjointement avec la façade, le toit 6 que recouvre une couche de terre formant à l'avant un écran végétal qui protège chaque terrasse de la vue des occupants des terrasses inférieures.
