Abstract

Procédé de traitement thermique de matières en grains fins par des gaz chauds, en particulier la cuisson de ciment en plusieurs étapes, dans lequel le matériau est préchauffé dans un echangeur de chaleur, soumis à un processus de cuisson séparé avec addition de combustible, pour la désacidification de la fraction de carbonate de calcium, la cuisson étant achevée par un processus de frittage dans un four de cuisson. Le combustible alimenté est composé de telle façon que dans une première phase du processus de combustion séparée, les constituants et/ou fractions du combustible qui s'oxydent facilement cèdent intégralement leur capacité calorique, en brûlant sous forme de suspension, en particulier à la composante fine de la farine crue de ciment et dans une deuxième phase du processus, les constituants et/ou des fractions qui s'oxydent plus lentement sont introduits dans le four de calcination avec la farine de ciment crue désacidifiée au moins partiellement et y provoquent en brûlant, avant le début du frittage, une nouvelle désacidification, en particulier de la composante grossière de la farine crue.
