Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une composition et un procédé pour déterminer l'activité transférasique et protéasique. On détermine l'activité transférasique et protéasique par fluorimétrie à des longueurs d'ondes correspondant de façon générale à celles employées dans les déterminations fluorimétriques utilisant le NADH, au moyen d'un nouveau substrat constitué essentiellement de certains dérivés fluorescents d'acide amino-5 isophtaliques couplés à des amino-acides spécifiques des transférases et des protéases à déterminer. L'invention s'applique en particulier à la détermination de l'activité transférasique et protéasique des homogénéisats et des solutions biologiques.
