Abstract

On purifie cette eau à l'aide de plantation 16 de végétaux aquatiques divers qui fixent chimiquement et biologiquement les impuretés diffuses, après avoir retenu les galets par un système 22, et étalé l'eau dans des bassins 18 où poussent lesdits végétaux, à l'aide d'éléments répartiteurs 14. L'eau épurée peut ensuite s'écouler dans l'émissaire 11. Ce procédé permet d'utiliser pour cette purification des terrains marécageux ou couverts de roseaux, nécessitant ainsi la protection des nves naturelles des lacs.
