Abstract

The anti-theft device is designed for use with a motorcyclists helmet, and also accommodates the helmet in an enclosed container when the motorbike is parked. One housing for the rider's helmet (3) is provided on top of the fuel tank, between the rider's seat and the handlebars, while a second for the pillion passenger's helmet (12) is situated between the seat and the rear mudguard. The housings can be of metal or plastics, and solid or of bars spaced apart, and with an anti-theft lock. Their openings can be arranged to face in various directions. The housings do not increase the overall dimensions of the machine, or inconvenience the riders, and can be fitted to new of existing machines.
