Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de conversion thermo-électrique. Du métal alcalin élémentaire est ionisé dans un tube d'électrolyte solide pour former des cations qui sont reconvertis en métal alcalin élémentaire sur une électrode poreuse. Le métal alcalin est vaporisé et passe dans une zone de refroidissement pour être collecté et être ramené à l'intérieur du tube d'électrolyte Des connexions électriques en série à l'intérieur du dispositif réduisent les pertes de chaleur par conduction. L'invention s'applique à la conversion directe d'énergie thermique en énergie électrique.
