Capteur solaire. Pour convertir l'énergie solaire en énergie électrique, on capte le rayonnement par des lentilles 48 puis on le concentre par des miroirs 44 les dirigeant vers une unité de traitement 52 qui contient un étage thermo-ionique de conversion et un étage thermo-électrique de conversion. Transformation directe de l'énergie solaire en énergie électrique.
