Abstract
Procédé évitant un bouchage ou un écrasement des canaux en cours de fabrication. Il consiste : a. A réaliser un corps préformé constitué d'un longeron 12 et de deux parois rigides de bout 14, 16, pourvues d'ouvertures 18 qui les traversent ; b. A mettre en place une série de tubes de refroidissement 20 le long d'emplacements de la surface du corps et à faire passer ces tubes à travers les ouvertures des parois de bout, puis à former un joint étanche entre les tubes et les parois de bout; c. A enfermer le tout au moyen de panneaux métalliques; d. A remplir au moyen d'une poudre métallique; e. A compacter la poudre par pressage isostatique à chaud tout en maintenant les tubes ouverts à la pression du gaz; f. A enlever le métal en excès par usinage pour former une couche conductrice de la chaleur dans laquelle sont noyés les tubes de refroidissement ; et g. A fixer un placage résistant à la corrosion sur la couche conductrice de la chaleur. Application à la fabrication d'aubes de diffuseur.
