Abstract

L'invention concerne la technique de fixage thermique de colorants sur matières textiles. Le procédé de fixage de colorant sur matière textile prévoit le déplacement relatif d'un fluide caloporteur et de la matière textile 2 à traiter à travers une chambre de travail 1 et un traitement thermique total au flux thermique de 3.10**3 à 7.10**3 kcal/m**2h, de convection et de rayonnement, la température du fluide caloporteur étant supérieure de 30 à 70 degrés C à celle de destruction de la matière textile. La durée de traitement thermique en continu de la matière textile en tels régimes est de 2 à 18 secondes. Le procédé de fixage de colorants est applicable pour le traitement de matières textiles en fibres naturelles ou artificielles teintes avec des colorants dispersées, réactifs, à cuve ou colorants acides.
