Abstract

Procédé perfectionné pour la production industrielle d'hydrogène par réaction d'hydrocarbures gazeux avec de la vapeur dans un appareil de reformage, passage des gaz de réaction avec des compléments d'eau dans des appareils de transposition, traitement des gaz de transposition dans un séparateur de CO 2 et/ou H2 S lui-même équipé d'une chaudière à récupération de chaleur à laquelle on fournit de préférence la chaleur de ces gaz de conversion, la vapeur nécessaire pour les réactions chimiques étant produite dans une chaudière de production à l'aide des chaleurs provenant de ces appareils, les condensats étant en outre purifiés dans des dispositifs appropriés. Les chaleurs résiduelles des gaz et liquides sont réutilisées pour le chauffage d'eau qui sert ensuite à saturer les gaz d'alimentation en vapeur d'eau, après quoi, le courant d'alimentation saturé de vapeur est réchauffé et envoyé au reformage avec des compléments de vapeur. Le procède selon l'invention permet d'économiser de la chaleur et, naturellement, du combustible.
