Abstract

Un générateur d'impulsions électriques pour machine d'usinage par électro-érosion comprend un générateur de fonctions à fréquence variable 1 qui alimente un amplificateur à gain réglable travaillant en classe C 2 lequel alimente lui-même un transformateur de puissance à rapport de transformation réglable 3 à la sortie duquel est branché un redresseur 4. Le redresseur fournit des impulsions électro-érosives à une zone inter-électrodes 8, 9. L'amplification classe C permet de régler le rapport entre la durée des impulsions et la durée des intervalles entre les impulsions; les trois organes réglables permettent une adaptation simple et efficace aux différentes conditions d'usinage.
