Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation en continu de polyoléfines, présentant une large distribution de poids moléculaires. Selon ce procédé, on polymérise des oléfines en présence d'un solvant, d'hydrogène et d'un catalyseur de type Ziegler fortement actif, comprenant un composé d'un métal de transition fixé sur un support solide et un composé organométallique, la polymérisation des oléfines s'effectuant dans plusieurs réacteurs 1 et 2 et chacun des réacteurs de la première et de la deuxième étape étant maintenu dans des conditions telles qu'on effectue la réaction de polymérisation souhaitée. Les polyoléfines ainsi obtenues présentent une bonne aptitude aux traitements et de bonnes résistances mécaniques.The present invention relates to a process for the continuous preparation of polyolefins, having a wide distribution of molecular weights. According to this process, olefins are polymerized in the presence of a solvent, hydrogen and a highly active Ziegler-type catalyst, comprising a compound of a transition metal fixed on a solid support and an organometallic compound, the polymerization olefins being carried out in several reactors 1 and 2 and each of the reactors of the first and of the second stage being maintained under conditions such as to carry out the desired polymerization reaction. The polyolefins thus obtained exhibit good processability and good mechanical strength.
