Abstract

Ce systèmes de réfrigération 10 comporte au moins deux évaporateurs 26 associés chacun à une vanne à expansion 42. On isole le condenseur 18 du compresseur 12 et l'évaporateur 26 à dégivrer reçoit du gaz réfrigérant comprimé et chaud directement du compresseur. Le liquide réfrigérant qui se forme dans l'évaporateur parvient aux autres évaporateurs 26 pour leur permettre de poursuivre leur fonctionnement selon le mode de réfrigération. Un système de commande 40 sensible à la pression fait pomper l'excédent de liquide qui se trouve dans l'évaporateur dégivré avant de relier de nouveau ce dernier au côté aspiration 16 du compresseur. Application à toute installation de réfrigération afin d'en améliorer le taux de dégivrage et le rendement en réfrigération.
