Abstract

Procédé et installation pour conditionner un produit en milieu stérile. On utilise une bande composite 10 constituée par une bande à récipients 11 et la bande à couvercles 12 ayant chacune une face stérile. On sépare la bande à récipients et la bande à couvercles à l'entrée d'une enceinte stérile 16 et on fait passer la bande à couvercles le long d'un trajet qui surplombe celui de la bande à récipients et passe au-dessus des postes de formage 18 et de remplissage 33. On fait régner une atmosphère stérile du côté de la face stérile de la bande à couvercles. Les bandes à récipients et à couvercles sont déplacées le long de parois munies de moyens de chauffage incorporés au-dessous et au-dessus d'une zone non stérile contenant des éléments des postes de formage et de remplissage, et on relie à l'extérieur de l'enceinte stérile, de façon étanche, les bords de la bande à couvercles avec ceux de la bande à récipients portant les récipients remplis. Ce procédé convient notamment au conditionnement de produits alimentaires, par exemple laitiers.
