1495538 Cups NISSIN SHOKUHIN KAISHA Ltd 24 Dec 1974 [28 Dec 1973] 55841/74 Heading A4A [Also in Divisions B5 B8 and F4] A plastics container which is gas and moisture proof is formed by moulding plastics material 5 around an aluminium foil insert 4 placed on a lower die 1. The insert 4 which forms an inner lining may initially be in the form of a single (as shown) piece or two pieces Fig. 3 (not shown) and may be provided with fine wrinkles in order to avoid tearing during moulding. The plastics material may be polystyrene beads. The container may be employed for instant foods e.g. dehydrated laver.
