Abstract

Dispositif et appareillage permettant de traiter une zone déterminée, au moyen d'un faisceau de particules à haute énergie. L'appareillage comprend un système de détection des déviations de la zone d'impact du faisceau sur la pièce d'oeuvre et un système de régulation contrôlé par le précédent pour modifier la position de la zone d'impact du faisceau, par rapport à la zone désirée.
