Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour la phosphatisation des surfaces de pièces de métaux ferreux, non ferreux et leurs alliages au moyen d'un traitement avec une solution contenant un polyphosphate pour le dépôt d'une couche de phosphate de fer et de zinc et revêtement au moins d'une pellicule de matière polymérique, ce traitement étant effectué en présence d'ondes ultra-sonores et prévoyant une cuve 1 contenant la solution du traitement et au moins une source d'ondes ultra-sonores 11 avec en plus un rail 10 le long duquel se déplacent les pièces à traiter, un plan incliné d'égouttage 2 et un aspirateur 15.
