Un point d'étranglement 22 est prévu dans le circuit de commande, en aval - dans le sens de l'écoulement - du point de départ de la conduite de pression 15 ou passage 10 vers la chambre de pression 17 située du côté de la plus petite surface utile 20b du piston.
