Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour former une bande composante W dans la fabrication de carton à couches multiples, notamment pour former la couche superficielle d'un tel carton, et pour combiner et lier cette bande composante avec la couche de base Wp . La bande composante W est formée dans une machine Fourdrinier à une toile de formage 20 et à une toile de recouvrement 30, comportant des sections de déshumidification F et D successives, puis est appliquée sur la bande de base Wp circulant sur une toile inférieure 40, en dessous de la machine Fourdrinier. Application : fabrication de carton à couches multiples.
