Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une glycoprotéine isolée du sérum humain, caractérisée par les parametres suivants : a. Constante de sédimentation dans l'ultracentrifugeuse de b. Un poids moléculaire de 49.000 +- 4 000); c. Une mobilité électrophorétique dans le domaine des alpha 2 -globulines du sérum humain; d. Un domaine iso-électrique de pH 3,8-4,1; e. Un coefficient d'extinction E1cm **1% 280 nm = 7,0 +- 2,0; f. Une teneur en acides alpha -aminés d'environ 77 +- 2 % avec une proportion de 17 % +- 2 % de leucine et 23 +- 2 % d'hydrates de carbone; et g. Une réaction immunologique spécifique avec des anticorps dirigés spécifiquement contre la glycoprotéine. Cette glycoprotéine est notamment utilisable pour la préparation d'antiserums.
