Abstract

Broche de commande d'une buse de moulage par injection. Il est très important qu'une quantité de chaleur suffisante soit transmise uniformément à la région de la buse, en particulier pour le moulage par injection de nouveaux materiaux à densité élevée. La broche qui commande l'ouverture de la buse comprend au moins une partie située au voisinage de son extremité embout et conformée en tube étanche contenant un liquide pouvant être vaporisé sous vide partiel. La pression fait circuler la vapeur vers l'extrémité embout plus froide. L'énergie qui est nécessaire pour évaporer le liquide est la chaleur latente de vaporisation qui est dégagée par la vapeur qui se condense en rencontrant une partie plus froide à l'extrémité embout du tube. Application au moulage par injection de matériaux à densité élevée, armés par exemple par des fibres de verre.
