Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a combustion characteristics from deterioration by a method wherein a heated air supplying mechanism of upper and lower two stages are installed and the lower part is made a lower temperature air supplying source and the upper part is made a high temperature air supplying source.
CONSTITUTION: The air induced from a blast pipe 5 is heated to a given temperature through a heater 6 for a low temperature and thereafter, it enters a low temperature air chamber 8 and a part of air passes through air holes 8a and is supplied to a fuel fluid direction upper stream region of a fuel vaporizing part 3'. The residual heated air is again, heated through a heater 7 for high temperature, enters a high temperature air chamber 9 and supplied to the lower stream region of the fuel vaporizing part 3' via air holes 9a. Accordingly, a low temperature air contacts in the upper stream part of the fuel vaporizing part 3' and a low boiling point component l is vaporized concentratedly. The residual high boiling point component h is sucked in the lower stream and is contacted with a high temperature air and is vaporized. In this way, a high boiling point component of a fuel is not accumulated and a tarlike material is not generated, thus, the vaporization of a fuel is stably performed for a long time.
