Abstract

Ce circuit et ce dispositif utilisent un élément détecteur pyro-électrique et un amplificateur à transistor à effet de champ. Pour éviter toute saturation de l'amplificateur dans le cas de variations transitoires importantes du rayonnement incident ou dans le cas de variations progressives de faible valeur de ce rayonnement, on a prévu un dispositif non linéaire à très faible fuite qui est connecté dans la partie de circuit comprenant l'électrode de commande de l'amplificateur et l'élément détecteur. Application : détection de rayonnement infrarouge.
