Claims (8)

  1. 낮은 광도에서 감응하고, 임피던스 정합버퍼, 이득제어 증폭단과 출력 증폭단에 연결된 솔리드-스테이트 포로셀과, 출력단으로 부터의 증폭된 신호를 수신하기 위하여 온도강지기에 의하여 제어되고 이득이 포로셀신호의 온도종속을 보상하도록 조절되는 이득제어회로로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 바의 광탐지장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 솔리드-스테이트 포로셀이 제로바이어스 광전방식으로 작동케 되어 최되 신호대 잡음비를 갖는 극히 높은 감도를 갖는 바의 광탐지장치.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 온도감지기와 포로다이오드가 이들 두 구성사이의 온도 차이를 최소로 줄이기 위하여 등온 영역내에 배치배는 바의 광탐지장치.
  4. 청구범위 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 온도감지기와 이득제어회로 조합으로 부터의 출력이 포토다이오드셀의 비직선성에 반비례하는 비직선형으로서 셀의 온도종속이 배제되는 바의 광탐지장치.
  5. 청구범위 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 전위필터 회로가 회로의 어느 단으로든지 잡음이 끼어드는 것을 방지하도록 제공된 바의 광탐지장치.
  6. 청구범위 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 원격한 장소로부터 표본 채취된 공기를 받아들일 수 있다 관상의 표본채취실, 이 표본채취실의 일측단에 착설된 광탐지기, 표본 채취실로 광선을 조사하는 광원과, 표본채취실의 타측단부에 착설된 광선흡수 수단으로 구성된 바의 연기탐지장치.
  7. 청구범위 제6항에 있어서, 표본채취실이 광원의 양측에서 표본 공기를 받아들이고 배출하는 바의 연기탐지장치.
  8. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 표본채취실이 이를 표본공기에 연통되게 하는 연결수단을 제외하고는 밀폐된 바의 연기탐지장치.
