Abstract

Cette tête de nettoyage est du type de celles comportant une chambre ouverte vers la surface à nettoyer, remplie en service d'un liquide de nettoyage, un émetteur d'ultra-sons, qui fait entrer le milieu liquide en vibration par le côté éloigné de la surface à nettoyer, des moyens d'amenée du liquide dans la chambre et des moyens d'aspiration situés près de l'ouverture de la chambre, en aval dans le sens de déplacement de la tête, pour évacuer le liquide usé. Dans la tête selon l'invention, il est prévu une cuve 10, dont le fond 11, parallèle à la surface à nettoyer, reçoit sur une de ses faces au moins un émetteur d'ultra-sons 5, et par son autre face, définit la chambre 4 du liquide avec des parois latérales 9, 13 qui dépassent du fond de la cuve en direction de la surface à nettoyer, la grandeur de ce dépassement était faible par rapport à la largeur du fond 11, mesurée dans la direction Pf1 de déplacement de la tête 1. Le système vibreur est ainsi protégé et son efficacité est plus grande.
