Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'élément optique à surface asphérique. Le procédé consiste à prendre une plaque plane parallèle mince 1 fléchie par application d'une différence de pression entre ses surfaces, à fixer une plaque plane épaisse 5 à la surface supérieure de la plaque mince par l'intermédiaire d'un composé de poids moléculaire élevé, par exemple un adhésif de nature photopolymérisable, et à former une surface asphérique sur les deux faces 1a et 1b de la plaque mince et sur une surface 4a du composé de poids moléculaire élevé. L'invention se révèle supérieure au système de Schmidt en ce que l'élément optique de l'invention ne présente pas de parties dangereusement amincies.
