Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de purification d'urokinase brute. Ce procédé consiste à mettre une solution aqueuse d'urokinase en contact avec un diéthylaminoéthyle-agarose réticulé pour y adsorber les pyrogènes, puis à mettre l'effluent en contact avec un polysaccharide hydrophile et insoluble dans l'eau, comportant un groupe de formule :
