Abstract

Procédé de production d'une préparation de lysozyme humaine. Le procédé consiste à fractionner un sang humain par différence de solubilité en vue d'isoler une fraction albumine, à mettre en contact la fraction albumine avec un échangeur cationique faiblement acide pour adsorber la lysozyme contenue dans la fraction albumine et à désorber la lysozyme adsorbée. Utilisation sous forme d'injection intra-veineuse, intra-artérielle ou intra-musculaire.
