Abstract

Un procedimiento para obtener un preparado de lisozima humana, que comprende fraccionar una sangre humana por diferencia de solubilidad para aislar una fracción de albúmina, poner en contacto dicha fracción de albúmina con un inter cambiador de catión débilmente ácido para adsorber la lisozima contenida en dicha fracción de albúmina y desorber la lisozima adsorbida.
