Coquille d'isolation thermique constituée par une enveloppe stable portant une couche de mousse plastique L'enveloppe 1 et la couche 2 de mousse plastique présentent une liaison adhésive homogène, obtenue par moussage direct in situ de la mousse. La coquille selon l'invention est destinée en particulier aux réservoirs et canalisations d'eau chaude.
