Abstract
Ce dispositif pour transformer l'énergie de la houle en énergie utile comprend un élément 1 déplacé sous l'action de l'eau, adapté pour être au moins en partie immergé et fixé mécaniquement au fond 3 de la mer et comporte des moyens adaptés pour commander le mouvement dudit élément de façon que ce dernier soit bloqué par rapport au sol pendant des périodes choisies de chaque cycle de la houle auxquelles ledit elément est soumis afin de commander ainsi le mouvement de rotation d'un générateur électrique 12 par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un fluide circulant de façon commandée à l'intérieur dudit élément
