Abstract

Cet appareil comprend au moins deux éléments 1, 2 qui sont adaptés de façon à être au moins partiellement immergés dans l'eau et qui sont reliés entre eux de façon à permettre aux deux éléments d'effectuer l'un par rapport à l'autre des mouvements oscillants. Pour commander les mouvements des deux éléments 1, 2 de façon à obtenir une utilisation maximale de l'énergie des vagues, les moyens de liaison entre ces deux éléments comprennent un dispositif 4 adapté pour les verrouiller l'un par rapport à l'autre pendant des périodes de temps choisies du cycle de chaque vague, de façon que la période naturelle des deux éléments 1, 2 combinés soit augmentée par rapport à la période naturelle moyenne des vagues. Application à la production d'énergie électrique et au pompage.
