Abstract

Procédé pour la préparation d'interféron. On produit cet interféron en inoculant d'abord des cellules lymphoblastes se trouvant dans un milieu fluide avec un virus approprié amorçant l'interféron et dont la multiplication n'est pas empêchée et les cellules ainsi infectées sont ensuite laissées se reproduire pendant une période de temps appropriée pour produire l'interféron. On sépare ensuite le milieu de culture d'avec les cellules, on récupère l'interféron produit à partir du milieu de culture séparé, et on ajoute une quantité de cellules lymphoblastes fraîches se trouvant dans un milieu fluide aux cellules infectées restantes et on laisse encore une fois le mélange de cellules fraîches et infectées se reproduire pendant une periode suffisante pour produire l'interféron, et ces opérations de différents stades de production sont répétées un certain nombre de fois. Ce procédé permet de produire l'interféron en semi-continu à moindre frais.
