Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la réalisation de bâtiments pour servir à l'habitation ou à l'industrie, qui emploie totalement ou partiellement des éléments préfabriqués ayant des dimensions telles à permettre facilement leur transport, assemblables entre eux de façon à donner lieu à des structures à un ou à plusieurs étages, variables selon les différentes typologies connues et susceptibles d'être solidement liés entre eux dans le but de réaliser des bâtiments ayant un nombre considérable d'étages et possédant des caracteristiques anti-sismiques remarquables. Ces éléments sont constitués par un élément de base, à trois dimensions, en forme de << U >> et par un élément complémentaire, à trois dimensions, en angle, munis de parois ou de petits piliers verticaux pourvus, sur toute leur hauteur, d'un évidement qui est utilisé pour lier verticalement lesdits éléments l'un à l'autre et aux fondations au moyen d'une coulée.
