Abstract

Ce nettoyeur comporte un élément secouant la bande 2, formé d'un galet 1 au contact de la face intérieure de la bande 2, et relié cinématiquement au moyen des bielles 10 au générateur d'oscillations 14 et à l'auge 5 montée sur des ressorts 6, 7 pour l'évacuation du matériau déversé depuis la zone de nettoyage de la bande 2. L'arbre excentrique 9 du générateur 14 tourne par ses paliers sur l'auge 5. Les bielles reliant le galet 1 et l'arbre 9 sont disposées dans le plan perpendiculaire au plan de la bande 2 et accouplées par une liaison rigide transversale. Le dispositif est particulièrement destiné à différentes industries : mines, travaux publics, alimentation, etc.
