Abstract

Dispositif permettant de déshydrater et de distiller, à toute température, par détente de la vapeur d'eau. Il comprend une chaudière fermée 1, dans laquelle se fixe une marmite 2, munie d'un couvercle étanche et amovible 3. La chaudière assure un chauffage continu de la marmite et lui fournit de la vapeur d'eau c aude, sous pression, pour activer la vaporisation de l'eau de la matière à traiter qu'elle contient. La détente de la vapeur d'eau de la marmite, vers l'extérieur, amène la déshydratation de la matière tout en fournissant un distillat L'invention est conçue pour la fabrication des produits de conserve et des farines, propres à l'alimentation de la volaille et des animaux de boucherie, ainsi que pour la distillation des produits volatils nécessaires à l'industrie des parfums et des produits pharmaceutiques.
