Abstract

Dispositif regroupant des procédés unitaires permettant d'effectuer sur un seul atelier l'opération : diffusion de l'éthanol et séchage du marc, tout en réservant des possibilités d'économie d'énergie par couplage entre ateliers. Le principe consiste en un séchage par conduction 1 de la matière. La vapeur émise est condensée. Les condensats 2 contiennent la totalité de l'alcool. Les produits secs sont conditionnés selon les schémas habituels. Les économies d'énergie sont réalisables par utilisation de la chaleur sensible des vapeurs, en << couplant >> 3 cet atelier avec d'autres mis en dépression. Ce principe est utilisable par les industries dont les distilleries qui extraient des composés volatils à partir de produits alcooligènes dont le séchage est intéressant.
