Abstract

On soumet la camomille à une extraction en E avec des gaz inoffensifs pour la santé qui se trouvent à l'état surcritique en ce qui concerne la pression et la température après passage dans K et W1, on sépare en A1 et A2 les extraits des solutions obtenues par variation de la pression et/ou de la température et, le cas echéant, on les mélange entre eux; l'agent d'extraction peut être CO2 ou N2 O. On obtient un extrait anhydre jaune qui contient en totalité les substances actives extractibles de la camomille ainsi que les matières odoriférantes.
