Abstract

Dans cet appareil, on trouve en dérivation, d'une part, une boucle de circulation des échantillons à aiguille creuse 26 mobile verticalement, d'autre part, un circuit de circulation continue d'un solvant. Un orifice latéral de l'aiguille permet, en position haute de celle-ci, l'expulsion de l'échantillon dans ce circuit. Le solvant passe, dans ce dernier, par un passage annulaire voisin de l'orifice de l'aiguille lorsque celle-ci est en position haute. Deux bouchons poreux superposés 116-118 relies l'un à une source 112 de solvant et l'autre à une source de vide 114 assurent un auto-nettoyage extérieur sans goutte de l'aiguille. Application : à la chromatographie liquide.
