Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un frein de stationnement a disque qui comporte des garnitures de friction disposées de part et d'autre du disque, au moins un levier de commande monté pivotant sur un axe fixe et relié par une tringlerie à un levier ou une pédale propre à être actionné par le conducteur et une came reliée au levier, et propre à agir sur l'une des garnitures de friction de manière que disque soit serré entre les garnitures. Selon l'invention, la came 6 et le levier de commande 9 sont indépendants l'une de l'autre tout en étant montés pivotants sur un même axe 8, et une tige 13 est vissée sur le levier de commande 9 et prend appui sur la came 6, des moyens élastiques 5 tendant à appliquer la came sur la tige et à rappeler ainsi cette came dans sa position inactive.
