Abstract

Treuil de levage comportant un dispositif de sécurité. Un treuil selon l'invention comprend deux câbles 3, 4 s'enroulant sur les poulies 5, 9, 6, 10 d'un jeu de moufles, et à l'extrémité de chacun desquels est disposé un détecteur d'effort 7, 8. Les signaux émis par les détecteurs 7 et 8 sont comparés en permanence, et, lorsque la différence des efforts indiqués par les détecteurs 7, 8 dépasse une valeur choisie à l'avance, le treuil, ou seulement le tambour moteur correspondant au câble qui a transmis l'effort le plus faible, est arrêté. L'ensemble mobile est guidé par des rails 16, ce qui évite le balancement en cas d'incident, et permet de continuer le mouvement Application à la manutention de chargés dangereuses.
