Abstract

L'invention concerne des sirops de nappage stabilisés au contact du milieu nappé qui comprennent du sucre, initialement à raison d'au plus 50 % en poids et une gomme inactive vis-à-vis du calcium, initialement à raison de 0,4 à 1,6 % en poids. A titre de milieux nappés, on peut utiliser des produits du type lait gélifiés.
