Abstract

Perfeccionamiento en el objeto de la patente 473.523 por "Método de producción de levadura de panadería y similares" y, más particularmente, en los métodos de producción de levadura, que puede presentarse en forma de levadura fresca aproximadamente el 30% de materias secas y en forma de levadura seca activa a por lo menos el 92% de materias secas, destinada a la fermentación de panificación y a la fermentación de los jugos azucarados que se emplean en destilería y en la fabricación de bebidas alcohólicas, caracterizados por el hecho de emplear la cepa a alfa 1217 depositada en la "National Collection of Yeast Cultures" con el número NCYC 890 y en la "Collectionj Nationale de Microorganismes" mantenida por el Institut Pasteur, con el número i 094, o una cepa que tiene las mismas propiedades que la cepa a alfa 1217.
