Abstract
L'invention concerne un étage de sortie pour un dispositif à transfert de charges. Dans cet étage de sortie comportant une série de condensateurs à couche isolante et/ou de condensateurs à couche d'arrêt, situés à la surface d'un substrat 1 et dont les électrodes extérieures 3 à 5 sont chargées par des tensions de cadence, une première et une seconde régions dopées 7, 9 et une électrode 8 disposée entre les régions 7, au-dessus de la couche isolante 2, au moins une seconde électrode 10 est disposée sur la couche 2 entre les régions 7, 9. Application notamment aux registres à décalage.
