Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de pastilles d'oxyde combustible nucléaire. Ce procédé consiste à préparer à partir d'une poudre dudit oxyde des granulés chargés de liant organique, à comprimer ensuite lesdits granulés sous forme de pastilles et à réaliser enfin un frittage desdites pastilles et il se caractérise en ce qu'on prépare lesdits granulés chargés de liant en brassant ladite poudre par un gaz, en pulverisant sur ladite poudre brassée une solution ou une suspension dans un liquide dudit liant organique de façon à obtenir lesdits granulés et en séchant ensuite au moyen dudit gaz les granulés ainsi obtenus. Application à la fabrication d'éléments combustibles pour réacteurs à eau légère.
