Abstract

Enrobage de particules à l'aide d'une substance contenue dans un gaz de réaction. Une chambre d'enrobage cylindrique reçoit les particules à enrober; un élément conique renverse à sommet dirigé vers le bas forme une base conique pour la chambre; des conduits d'écoulement créent une circulation de gaz inerte au-dessus de la base conique et y forment un lit fluidisé de particules; et une base allongée s'étend vers le haut depuis le sommet de la base conique avec son orifice de sortie situé au-dessus du sommet pour introduire un gaz de réaction dans la chambre Application particulière : enrobage de particules de combustible nucléaire, par carbone pyrolytique ou carbure métallique.
