Abstract
1. Dispositivo de tubo de colada, destinado a ser colocado bajo el orificio de colada de un recipiente metalúrgico, y a sumergirse en el metal en fusión que es colocado en un segundo recipiente situado bajo el primer recipiente, estando constituido este tubo por una mezcla de partículas refractarias y fibras revestidas por un aglomerante, que no resiste a la temperatura a la que es llevado el tubo en el curso del paso del metal líquido por su interior, siendo las partículas refractarias sintetizables en una zona de tubo directamente expuesta al calor del metal líquido, caracterizado porque este tubo contiene, además, al menos en una zona que no se halla directamente expuesta al calor del metal líquido, un aglomerante refractario resistente a este calor. 2. Dispositivo de tubo de colada de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque este aglomerante refractario está distribuido en el conjunto del tubo. 3. Dispositivo de tubo de colada de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el aglomerante refractario se halla presente únicamente en los extremos del tubo. 4. Dispositivo de tubo de colada de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el aglomerante refractario es escogido entre los siguientes compuestos: fosfato de aluminio, ácido bórico, silicato de etilo, sales de silice y silicatos alcalinos. 5. Dispositivo de tubo de colada de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, realizado a partir de partículas refractarias y ácidas, tales como silice, caracterizado porque el aglomerante es monofosfato de aluminio. 6. Dispositivo de tubo de colada de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, realizado a partir de partículas refractarias y básicas, tales como magnesia, caracterizado porque el aglomerante fosfático utilizado es monofosfato de aluminio, neutralizado por un óxido alcalino. 7. Dispositivo de tubo de colada de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 4 a 6, caracterizado proque la concentración ponderal de este aglomerante se encuentra, en la citada zona, comprendida entre 0,2 ay 13% aproximadamente en peso del material seco. 8. Dispositivo de tubo de colada, destinado a ser colocado bajo el orificio en colada de un recipiente metalúrgico.
